1. Accepting These Terms

By creating an account on the Gombe360 Business Portal (whether as a Vendor or an Artisan), you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our business services.

2. Your Business Account Rules

  • You must provide accurate, honest, and verifiable information when registering your business or artisan profile.
  • You are fully responsible for keeping your dashboard password and verification codes (OTPs) safe.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or legally permitted to run a business in Nigeria, to open an account here.

3. Rules for Listing Products and Services

Gombe360 Business is a platform for honest trade. As a registered vendor or artisan, you agree that:

  • You will not upload, sell, or promote anything illegal, stolen, fake, or harmful to the public.
  • You will accurately describe the products or services you offer without misleading customers.
  • You have the legal right to use any photos, logos, or texts you upload to your business profile.
  • We reserve the right to automatically place a Gombe360 watermark on images uploaded to our platform to protect the integrity of the marketplace.

4. Our Role and Limitation of Liability

The Gombe360 Business Portal is a software tool that connects your business with customers. We do not manufacture your products, nor do we employ you. Therefore:

  • We are not responsible for disputes between you and the customers who find you through our platform.
  • You are solely responsible for fulfilling the services or delivering the products you advertise.
  • Gombe360 Business will not be held legally or financially liable for any business losses, damages, or customer disputes you may encounter.

5. Account Suspension

We want to keep the platform safe and trustworthy. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any business account that violates these terms, posts scam listings, or engages in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms as our business portal grows. When we make major changes, we will notify you via the email address linked to your business account.
